Very nice and beautiful property. Very easy to get to and commute to All-Star Village.

Cooperstown TripThe house is located around 30 minutes from Cooperstown and is located in a quiet countryside area. Plenty of room and the three king size beds were a plus. The only issue we had was an electric outage and poor cell service. You will have to change your phone over to WiFi calling to be able to communicate.

We came here for Cooperstown baseball in June 2026 and we had a great stay! The communication from the host was thoughtful and thorough leading up to our visit, and when we had any questions they were really responsive! The kitchen was beautiful and I wish I had more time to explore the several cookbooks on the shelf. The property was clean and the beds were great, and the clean up/check out list at the end was minimal and reasonable. It was great being less than 30 minutes from our son at All Star Village. It was also very quiet and peaceful in the evenings to get away from the craziness of CASV. My only complaint would be that while the internet at the house was really good, there is no cell service the last few miles to the house. (Verizon) Definitely not something the host can control, but worth noting if you choose to stay here! (Which I still highly recommend!) The check in communication was very clear about this being an issue and gave recommendations to download your map and make sure WiFi calling was turned on before arriving, so pay attention to the communications from the host! Thank you for a great stay!!

Everything was great! Thank you!! The only thing to mention is if there is any way to remove the strong sulfur smell of the well water. Not sure if that is possible. Thanks for a good stay!

This house was great! Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable in a beautiful setting
