We had another absolutely wonderful stay at this house — multiple years in a row — and it was just as perfect as the first. The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing fall weekend. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail to ensure guests feel welcome and at ease.Dealing with Kim has been a real pleasure — she’s responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making the stay seamless. The surrounding area is as stunning as ever, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors or simply unwind and take in the views. My group looks forward to the days hanging out in the yard and the nights at the fire pit. It’s quickly become a fall tradition for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

We had a great time. The place met our needs well but there were several maintenance/ upkeep issues that were minor. We were required to give a star to skiing but it was fall not winter so that question was not applicable. Overall it met our needs and we would recommend this house.

We had a great stay - super close to Belleayre, beautiful and private property. Really clean house with everything we needed, great sleeping options, and the kids loved the basement as a place to play. Definitely good to have 4-wheel drive for the driveway in the winter! We would stay again!!

We’ve stayed in this house multiple times and the location is amazing and the property itself is so great. The layout of the house is great for multiple families and there's enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Over the years, some things have dwindled down in the house, like pot holders, dish towels, cleaning supplies, towels, but overall a wonderful place to stay. : ) we will be back!

We were two families (4 adults, 5 kids ages 5-11) here for a ski weekend at Belleayre. The house is very close to the mountain and has lots of space to spread out in. We cooked and ate at the house, which had a well-stocked kitchen. The photos are very accurate and the beds were comfy and the towels plush! We had a great time. The internet wasn’t working at first, but the host worked quickly to get a repairman out to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.
