Property looks small from the outside but very cozy inside. We didn’t take advantage of the 85-acres (small path presumably leading out to a trail) but it was definitely quiet and great for stargazing! No cell service at all but wifi worked great (host warned us about the cell service way in advance so we knew what we were getting into). Very pet friendly location, not fenced but surrounded by bush so safe for your pet! Surprised to not see much wildlife but generally that’s a good thing. Bathrooms are clean and functional. Kitchen was very tasteful and modern! No TV but a vinyl record player which was nice to explore there wide collection of jazz, 60-80s, and hip hop. Bedrooms were great size! Deck invites you to a stunning view and you can certainly enjoy yourselves out there. Host was responsive. House is a bit creaky but that’s expected in a house with this amount of charm. Great stay!

Amazing communication from Kim prior to check in and the entire stay was seamless! Charming and updated property exactly how it is represented. Highly suggested ! Can’t wait to return !

Serene and relaxing Positive: Cozy cottage and secluded. Surrounded by beautiful landscape, quiet, and peaceful. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine and cheese on the deck overlooking the landscape. The party lights were a nice touch for night time. The hiking trial was a nice activity for the day; although there was no sunflower patch, maybe we were took early in the season Negative: My only complaint was the coverings on the windows. I wish there was a blackout drape available to close while sleeping as the sun had me waking up at 5am. Would have been a 10/10 stay if blackout curtains were in the rooms.

House manual makes check-in a breeze; house was charming with all of the necessary staples; I would stay here again!

Pretty good except for electricity going out for a few hours. Nice place but not for us.
